"It feels really solid and well made..."
It feels really solid and well made, which put me in a good mood when I first used it. There was one tiny issue that was a bit annoying, but nothing major enough to ruin the experience.

"Showed up really fast, just one small thing"
The delivery was faster than I thought it’d be. Like, I had my order within a few days, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was fine too, updated okay and all that. I just kind of wish the email had come a little earlier, because I was checking and wondering for a bit. But yeah, overall happy with how quick it was.

"Pretty good for the price"
I felt like the pricing was fair, and the service handled what I needed without any major issues. It wasn’t absolutely perfect, but for what I paid, I’m happy with it overall. I’d say it’s worth considering if you’re looking for something reasonably priced.

"It’s been decent overall and worked fine..."
It’s been decent overall and worked fine most days, but I’m not totally reassured about how well it’ll hold up long term. After a few months, I started noticing some wear, and the reliability feels a little hit or miss. It’s not a bad product, but for the price, I was hoping it would feel sturdier and give me a little more confidence.

I don’t have the patience for hidden charges popping up later, so I was glad the pricing was clear from the start. What they showed is what I paid, no weird fees or annoying surprises.

"I had a small issue after ordering..."
I had a small issue after ordering from nextgenmobility.org and I wasn’t sure if it was going to turn into a hassle, but I emailed them and they got back to me the same day which was a nice surprise because you never really know with online orders.
They explained everything in simple steps and then checked in afterward to make sure it was sorted, so it didn’t feel like they were just trying to rush me off or close the ticket, I was happy with the support and I’d use them again.

"The website really needs to be easier to use"
I tried using the site, but it was frustrating. It was hard to find what I needed, some pages loaded strangely, and the menus just made things more confusing. I don’t think it’s too much to ask for a website to be clear and straightforward, so people can actually use it without feeling stuck. I ended up giving up quickly.

"Super comfy and honestly really easy to use"
I’ve been using my chair from nextgenmobility.org for a few weeks now and, it’s been really great. It’s, like, very comfortable even when I’m sitting in it for a longer stretch, and the controls are simple, so I’m not sitting there trying to figure everything out or mess with it too much. Setup was easy too, which was a nice bonus. It just makes getting around the house and going outside feel way less tiring, you know? Overall, I’m really happy with it.

"Order process was confusing"
Ordering was kind of a hassle. The checkout kept freezing on me, and there was something about it that just felt unclear the whole time. I never got a proper confirmation email either, so I had to keep following up just to get basic updates.

"Ended Up Getting No Help"
In the end, I got absolutely no help. I reached out to customer service expecting at least some guidance, but the whole experience was frustrating and pretty much useless. It felt like they didn’t really care about solving the issue

"I wish I’d known shipping would be this unreliable"
I really wish I had checked more into the shipping experience before ordering. My delivery date kept getting pushed back, the tracking barely told me anything useful, and I ended up spending way too much time chasing updates. i regret ordering when I did because the whole process was more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Setup was way more frustrating than I expected"
I don’t know, maybe I’m just not great at assembling stuff, but putting this scooter together felt way harder than it needed to be. The instructions were bare, and a couple of the steps didn’t seem to match the parts I actually had, so I kept stopping and wondering if I was missing something or just reading it wrong.
After about an hour, I still couldn’t get the handlebar lined up properly, which was annoying. I reached out to support, but it took a long time to hear back. Maybe I had bad luck, but this definitely wasn’t the easy setup I was expecting

"Not much was actually in stock"
I was hoping to order a mobility scooter from nextgenmobility.org , but a bunch of the ones I clicked on were either unavailable or didn’t really say if they were in stock .

I ended up jumping around the site for a while just trying to figure out what I could actually buy . It got a little annoying , especially since I only wanted a clear answer before placing an order .

The site itself is alright , but the inventory info feels like it needs to be kept way more up to date . Next time , I’d probably check another place first before coming back .

"Better selection than I expected"
I was actually kind of surprised by how much mobility stuff they had on the site. I went in thinking I’d probably have to check a few different places, but there were enough options to compare without bouncing around everywhere, which was nice. A couple of the products could’ve used a bit more info, because I did find myself wondering about the details, but overall it was straightforward and I was able to find what I needed without too much hassle.

I got my mobility scooter battery from here, it’s been really solid. I know some people are quick to doubt replacement batteries, but this one has held a charge way better than my old one. No problems so far, and I’m happy with it.

"Return process took longer than I expected"
The return process was kind of annoying, honestly. I was expecting a faster response, but the refund took longer than I thought it would. It did get sorted out in the end, but the waiting made the whole experience a bit frustrating

I had to follow up a few times about my warranty, because apparently one email wasn’t quite enough. To be fair, they did sort it out in the end after a few back-and-forths, so that was good. Not terrible or anything, just not exactly speedy
